Attorney Garganese was asked to identify a highly educated, experienced individual who would do a good job with no acquaintance or relation to Mr. Greene, City Staff or Council. We are targeting Monday, October 24th in the Library Meeting Room at 201 Polk Ave. (same venue as City Council Meetings) from 9a – 3p. The action to authorize City Manager David L. Greene to engage a Hearing Officer was voted for unanimously by the City Council at the Special City Council Meeting of September 6th. Once we have confirmation of all parties’ availability, I will contact each party to confirm the date/time and any other pertinent information.
