Honorable Mayor Hoog and Council Members of the City of Cape Canaveral.
I am concerned emails are being intercepted to keep City Council
unaware of some very important issues. One reason for this concern is
Alicia Spring spoke with Mayor Pro Tem Mike Brown at the July 16 City
Council Meeting. Mr. Brown was surprised to hear the Sheropa housing
developer Patrick Lee (former Mayor) did not demolish part of the house
at 127 Oak Lane. Alicia told me Mr. Brown said that was definitely a
requirement made by City Council. So when the only person to respond to
my emails was the City Attorney Anthony Garganese and I quote “Mr.
Lennon, The City Council acting as a governing body (aka “My Bosses”)
decided your appeal in October 2018. This matter in all respects is
closed.” you can see my concern. Is the City Council aware that City
Manager David Green authorized $11,600 payment to Surveyor John Campbell
to manufacture a survey to override this requirement and Patrick Lee has
resumed construction at 127 Oak Lane?
To ease my concern can each Council member please acknowledge
receipt of this email and verify receipt of the following emails from
me.
