At this point, the Oak Lane right-of-way survey has not been scheduled to be considered by the Council. Let me know if you have any further questions. Have a good day. I know you had originally hoped to send a survey to the City Council for approval at the June meeting. I’m wondering about the status of the survey. Have corrections been made? Will the council be presented with a survey for approval this month? Thanks for your help with this matter. Alicia Spring Florida has a very broad public records law.
