What is your concern?: I request an appeal to Variance Request No. 17-01
The applicant did not meet the requirement of the city code to receive the variance. The Board of Adjustment miss applied the facts and did not accurately interpret the legal requirements
for a variance. There is no legal basis for a variance in this situation.
I request a full hearing before the City Council with proper notice of the hearing to all owners within a 500 foot radius.
