HomeMy WebLinkAboutrequest for dates of surveying errors 10/18/2016 To: City of Cape Canaveral Community Development Director David Dickey Pursuant to Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and chapter 119, F.S., I am requesting the opportunity to inspect the City of Cape Canaveral records to determine when Tim Brather first complained about the encroachment by the Sheropa LLC development. His claim that you told him a stop work order would be issued if he could prove the surveying error. The date you became aware that surveyors Walker Land Surveying Inc. and Riehl Reliable Surveying and mapping concluded Walker surveying error and they stopped communicating. Should you deny my request, or any part of the request, please state in writing the basis for the denial, including the exact statutory citation authorizing the denial as required by s. 119.07(1)(d), F.S.
