The City acknowledges your request in a letter submitted at last
night’s (9/17/2019) City Council Meeting:

Pursuant to Article 1, section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and
chapter
119, F.S., I am requesting the City Clerk give me an opportunity to
inspect
the public records for the receipts indicating the above people were
property informed of tonights hearing. If they were not informed please
state so.”
In response to this request, please see the attached mailing label list
that was utilized in noticing said hearing. There are no “receipts” as
standard first-class was the selected method of mailing.
The City now considers this request closed.
