HomeMy WebLinkAboutInformation required for Oct 24 hearing (2) 10/14/2016 To: Mia Goforth, City of Cape Canaveral Clerk An email from Daniel LeFever on 9/23/2016 stated “The Public Hearing will be held on October 24th, and all notices and postings will be carried out in accordance with City Code.” This has not been completed and the 14-day requirement has passed. Pursuant to Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and chapter 119, F.S., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect the public records to include the survey of Oak Lane as referred to in the email from Jeff Ratliff on 3/16/2016 titled RE: 319 Grant. I’d also like any information on the Right of Way markers (ROW) installed by the City of Cape Canaveral prior to 2010 to define the right of way of Oak Lane. Should you deny my request, or any part of the request, please state in writing the basis for the denial, including the exact statutory citation authorizing the denial as required by s. 119.07(1)(d), F.S. A signed copy of this letter has been mailed certified [7015 0640 0004 1075 1991] to: Mayor Hoog 210 Jefferson Ave. Cape Canaveral 32920. Thank You.
