HomeMy WebLinkAboutOak Lane (4)After consultation with the City Attorney's office, we have determined that the City has the obligation and the right to rely on the survey submitted by the applicant as part of the building permit application for 127 Oak Lane <x-apple-data-detectors://0> . The applicant submitted an original signed and sealed survey from a registered surveyor. The application also included a warranty deed with a legal description consistent with the survey. At this time, the City considers this matter closed. Thank you.
