1) On 2/1/2017 I brought it to your attention that I intend to
file a complaint against the City of Cape Canaveral Community
Development Director David Dickey.
2) On 2/1/2017 I asked can you please inform me of the correct
method to file this complaint against David Dickey?
3) What is the cause for the delay on this request?
4) When can I expect the instructions for filing this complaint?
I will send a copy of this letter to all City employees, elected
officials, and the residents of Oak Lane.
The evidence I have compiled against David Dickey will be sent
