I reviewed the plans submitted to the Cape Canaveral building
department by the Sheropa LLC. developer. The plans that I reviewed did
not include digging up Oak Lane and installing driveways in the middle
of the road. You yourself informed me that would require public
hearings. Mr Dickey you may want to consider reopening this issue.

After consultation with the City Attorney's office, we have
determined that the City has the obligation and the right to rely on the
survey submitted by the applicant as part of the building permit
application for 127 Oak Lane <x-apple-data-detectors://0> . The
applicant submitted an original signed and sealed survey from a
registered surveyor. The application also included a warranty deed with
a legal description consistent with the survey. At this time, the City
considers this matter closed. Thank you. Dave
