NOW, THEREFORE, I, Robert Hoog, Mayor of the City of Cape Canaveral, Brevard County, Florida, do hereby WELCOME THE 2019 INTERNATIONAL YOUTH EXCHANGE STUDENTS AND CHAPERONES FROM KIMOTSUKI, JAPAN.
