HomeMy WebLinkAboutComments from Mosh Gal (2)Barry,
As we discussed, I had a conversation with an angry Mosh Gal today.
He unexpectedly asked to see me after his meeting with you in the lobby
today (which I also understand was unexpected).
It was evident that his intention was to vent with me, and he said our
working relationship is “good”.
I listened to his concerns and wrote them down.
When complete, he asked me to share them with you and the City Manager.
Here they are.
In an agitated state he said:
· What are the Architectural Design Policies referred to in the
CAB ordinance?
· How long until new policies are developed?
· I need “straight talk” about what design elements and/or uses
are objectionable about the site plan.
· If new policies are not developed, I can develop according to
existing codes.
· I am not comfortable working with Barry.
