Barry, I think you’re getting your dates all mixed up and stated the
months wrong in your message or else I wouldn’t have suggested March 7.
And I think you mean Feb 28 for the meeting? Please confirm.

Kate,
March 7 is not an option. Board member is out of town from Feb. 29
through April 10. We are scheduling a meeting for Tuesday March 28. We
will contact Mosh and/or his representatives to determine if this date
will work for them. Will this date work for you? I still want to know
if the Board could conduct business with only three members given
current circumstances.

Barry, I received your voicemail message. I will research whether the
CAB can conduct business with only 3 members given the vacancies on the
board, but I highly doubt it will be able to.
Given this hunch, I strongly recommend that you move toward conducting
the hearing on Xtreme Fun’s CAB application on March 7, prior to the one
CAB member leaving town later on in March. I understand the application
has already been submitted to the City, but for the application fee. I
advised Attorney Rezanka and the City would accept the fee and she was
going to pass that along to the architect. March 7 is still 3 weeks
away and should be do-able, yes?
