I failed to ask Susan to apprise Mosh the packet was ready for pick up
earlier in the week. As such, I wanted to have the packet in house so
we could start on it as soon as possible. This is not our standard
procedure and I do not expect to do it in the future. Barry

Barry,
Why is a Staff member picking up a radius packet for a variance
applicant?
Our applications place the entire burden for radius packets on the
applicant.
