HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Beach Wave signage - 8801 Astronaut blvd (5)All,
I received a voicemail message from Kim Rezenka stating that she
misworded her previous email and that she is having trouble sending a
corrected email.
Her corrected message has one change and should read as follows:
“Please process the sign permit applications that can be approved with
without variances. The ground sign on West Central and the Arcade sign
proposed for the front of the store need to be held pending the variance
hearing.”
Please contact her at 321-259-8900 if there is need for further
clarification.

Kate and Barry,
Please process the sign permit applications that can be approved with
variances. The ground sign on West Central and the Arcade sign proposed

All,
There is no package or anything else pending with the City Attorney’s
office regarding this issue. I believe that Barry sought direction on
the pending sign permit applications from Attorney Rezanka when he
issued the requested code interpretation several weeks ago. Ms. Rezanka
and I plan to speak later this afternoon and we can hopefully clarify
the status of the sign permit applications and how her client desires to
proceed.
Thanks,
Kate

Barry,
I did not understand the applications were “on hold” – or even what
that means. I am still waiting to speak with Kate, which I hope can be
done tomorrow.
I do not believe your time has run to approve or deny. If that
deadline is approaching, please let me know.
Thanks,
Kim

Hi, Susan!
I just left you a voice mail message regarding the Beach Wave signage
project at 8801 Astronaut Blvd.
About one week ago, I spoke to Glen Pereno regarding the status of our
sign applications and was told that the entire package is still with the
City Attorney, and that Barry and Todd were working on this.
We really need to find out what is going on with this project so that
we can make the arrangements necessary to satisfy our customer. So
far, it has been a silence and waiting game.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Should you be able to
respond today, please send an e-mail to Don Reilly at don@art-kraft.com
<mailto:don@art-kraft.com> .
Thanking you in advance,
Sincerely,
Maryse
