Currently looking into the building codes and John Cunningham will be
looking into the fire codes and will respond accordingly. In addition,
the contractor dropped off revisions for the beach wave building permit
which is under review.

Glenn,
I called last week and left message. this is a follow up to that call.
General contractor would like to use fire retardant plywood in lieu of
metal deck on the copula roofs so he can secure the concrete tile.
Per FBC 2007 which we fall under for this project:
Section 603.1.- 1 - 1.3 fire retardant wood roof construction is
permitted.
Can you please review and approve and we will provided revised plan.
Thanks,
