Subject: emergency door changes
Dave,
Glenn is requiring us to submit the changes we discussed this
week which are as follows:
Emergency storefront door on the north wall attached is the
elevation supplied by the contractor.
Change the path of emergency for the beachwave from going out of
the arcade to going out the new door.
Emergency door from the arcade on the west wall, it is a few
feet south from the electric panel in the arcade. The specs of the door
are the same you called for in the 3,000 sf tenant area.
Change the path of emergency for the Arcade going out the new
door.
Both doors will have a concrete walkway to the driveway.
Change the opening between the store and arcade to have the
firewall go down to the top of the glass that will be fire rated and
will have a fire rated door per the attached specs.
With the changes above all 3 units will be completely separated.
Please do these changes as fast as you can as you know we are
deep in construction.
If you need any more info please contact Tim.
Thank You,
Mosh Gal
