Mosh,
I spoke with Peter Black earlier this afternoon. It is Ok to use
Chinese Elms, aka Drake Elms, rather than live oak trees at end of rows
of parking. It is ok to use East Palatka Holly rather than Dahoon Holly
in place of live oak trees at end of rows of parking. It is ok to use
viburnum rather than fetterbush as shrubs. The viburnum shrubs should
be planted 30 inch on center rather than 36 inch on center for better
screening.
By the way, the Beachwave sign looks great!

Barry,
Thank you for making time to meet with me but, and Im sorry if I sound
too blunt, what is there to discuss? You said last week that I will have
an answer no later than today.
The only question I have Is can I move the trees around, and if not
please explain why and what code specifies that I cant.
Dave Menzel asked this question 2 weeks ago in an email sent to Glenn
and of course time is of the essence considering we are so far along so
please just respond with an answer to my simple question.
Thank You,
Mosh Gal
