On north side of building, we would like to move the trees nearest A1A to the rear, owner is talking with Racetrac about connebting the parking areas internally and this would prevent having to move them later. On the south side of property, we would also like to move the trees to the rear of property now ,rather than relocate them when we do phase 2. Can you please review this and give me your thoughts.
