HomeMy WebLinkAboutMr HoogTodd: As you know Mr. Hoog attended the Code Enforcement Board meeting last night. Prior to the meeting he approached me and asked what I thought about the signage issue at the Beach Wave Complex. I responded by saying “the signage meeting the requirement of the sign code”. He further mentioned the BCSO requirement of visibility, I informed him that it was my understanding that the BCSO discussed that with Mosh and the current condition was compliant. In addition, he mentioned the outside storage issue which I responded by, “it is my understanding that the City has received an request for a special exception for outside displays”. Thought I would share this with you. Respectfully, Glenn Pereno, Building Official Community & Economic Development Department City of Cape Canaveral 7510 N. Atlantic Ave. P.O.
