Barry, just another thought, should we have the Board elect a new
chairperson at this meeting or wait until the 1st meeting after the new
year?

Subject: BOA packet
Susan,
We will distribute BOA packet on Thursday. I have the following as
agenda items:
1. Ron Abeles Special Exception for Townhomes in C-1 Zoning.
2. Special Exception for Outside Display at Beachwave Store.
3. Possible interviews.
Are you aware of other agenda items?
Are there other BOA items in the pipeline that will require scheduling
another meeting? Please advise.
