How would you like me to calculate the impact fee for Pietro’s? It is a
new restaurant with 70 seats, equates to $15,736. I have not completed a
FU method, I will do so if that is the way we should calculate.
Currently working with all contractors to expedite the final inspections
including BTR, one shot deal so they can open. Based on the ordinance
the fee must be paid prior to the CO.
