HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Beach wave lighting violation (2)Todd,
I checked with David Dickey regarding a date for the P&Z meeting and he confirmed that we are waiting on the City Attorney regarding the sign issue. I called Mosh Gal to inform him of
the status of the Case as requested, he did not answer so I left a voice message to return my call.

Sir
He is on hold because of his sign issues. So it will actually be up to the p&z board. Once we get direction from them we can move forward. This came down from the city attorneys office.
I have scheduled to conduct the lighting test on Monday.
