Subject: Cross access easement
Hi Mosh,
Thanks for meeting with me today. Before I present our concept, I’d
like to sketch the area of the cross access easement as well as the
travel path through your property.
Can you send me a pdf of a site plan that shows all of that area?
Including the tree?
I drove the site today and noticed there is a FDC valve and a hydrant
in that area too.
I’ve requested the same from RaceTrac.
I think this can work!
Thanks,
Todd
