Before I present our concept, I’d like to sketch the area of the cross access easement as well as the travel path through your property. Can you send me a pdf of a site plan that shows all of that area? Including the tree? I drove the site today and noticed there is a FDC valve and a hydrant in that area too. I’ve requested the same from RaceTrac. I think this can work!
