The Excel files provided for April from City of Cocoa Billing do not
have separated columns of data like the pdfs provided for same time
frame. I really need the Excel data divided in the same columns as the
pdfs to be able to sort the data and make it a usefully tool for monthly
analysis.
2015-05-01 CC EXCEL RPT CCGX08B 00003.XLS (which is the REUSE report)
should look like the CCGX08B.pdf (which is the REUSE report)
2015-05-01 CC EXCEL RPT CCGBBL 00002.XLS (which is the Garbage Billed)
should look like the CC GARBAGE BILLED.pdf
We were sent a consumption report for Port Canaveral instead of City of
Cape Canaveral.
The MONTHLY STAT REPORT PC.pdf should have been like last month’s SEWER
CONSUMPTION CAPE CANAVERAL.pdf
All of the referenced reports are attached.
Please ask City of Cocoa Billing for the corrected three reports for
the month of April.
