HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Xtreme Fun - notice of Code Enforcement HearingDear Kim, I tried to call you yesterday after receiving your email. I was quiet surprised by the email as a site visit of the property located at 8801 Astronaut Blvd., on July 12, 2016, revealed that the pile of vegetation that was located in the parking was gone (photo attached). I have no idea who would have removed the debris as I thought Mr. Gal had it removed to comply with the Notice of Violation. I have attached the letter of compliance and will not be presenting this case to the Code Enforcement Board at the July 21, 2016 meeting. He has asked me to represent him at the hearing, but I have a conflict on July 21st and ask that the matter be continued to an August date. Is there a specific process for a continuance request? Additionally, the “pile of vegetation” was removed last night, by party or parties unknown to Mr. Gal. He was intending to recycle and mulch the vegetation, and is distressed that someone entered his property without permission and removed the vegetation. Do you have any knowledge of the removal of the vegetation? Thank you for your assistance with these matters.
