Mosh,
As we discussed earlier today, the proposed awning and outdoor seating
related to the old Pietro’s location is allowed subject to the City
Code. You will need to apply for a building permit for the installation
of the awning. Also, as additional seating is being proposed, we will
need to determine if additional impact fees are required. Please submit
a site plan showing the location and number of the new tables/chairs.
