HomeMy WebLinkAboutFW Vegetative Waste in parking area of Jungle VillageSir, This is what I sent to Linda Hagen (see below). As far as the complaint from Brendan, Duree handled that and sent Mosh a NOV and found him in compliance on July 12, 2016. After that debris was removed he began to collect more in the same place and that is why we are where we are now. We attempted to get compliance from the owner, by having numerous conversations with him asking him to remove the pile of vegetative waste. As of today he has refused to have it removed and staff has sent him a Notice of Violation. He has 10 days from the date he signs for the Notice of Violation, if the pile is still there after the 10 days he will be scheduled for the next Code Enforcement Board hearing. Regarding the dead trees on his property the City Arborist and the Building Official have both reviewed the dead trees and have determined they are not a hazard. If you need any other assistance please contact me.
