Subject: Zarellas oil leak
On February 24, 2017 staff received a complaint of an oil drum leaking
behind Zarellas’ Resturaunt. A site visit to 8801 Astronaut Blvd.
revealed there is in fact a fry grease leaking from an oil drum behind
the dumpster. Contact was made with owner Michael Zarella and he was
shown the leaking oil. Mr. Zarella said he would get it cleaned
immediately and get a new drum. I advised I would recheck Saturday to
make sure it is cleaned up.
