HomeMy WebLinkAboutcape canaveral ractrackBryan It was good talking to you and again sorry for bothering you on your vacation. As I mentioned I am the owner of the site south of this location. It is my understanding that the city wants our site to be connected so the traffic going north could have access to the light. I will agree to have our sites connected and have a shared drive on the following conditions: · The drive needs to be located where my stub out is for it not to interfere with my existing row of parking · When you redo the landscaping I would like the oak tree to be placed somewhere different than it is now for it not to block my sign like it is now. · If you don’t know all the land in that area is muck and obviously the land doesn’t handle weight and wear and tear like normal soil . If I have 100% of the traffic flowing from my site your site and the hotel site than I will have the most expenses on wear and tear maintenance. I highly doubt that all of us will agree to some sort of maintenance agreement so I thought of a solution that won’t cost racetrack money but will be enough of a benefit for me to offset the additional maintenance costs. The solution is if I will have the right to use any excess retention you may have in your retention pond and will even entertain making said pond deeper to allow more volume. Obviously I will incur the costs for connecting my pond to yours. I understand that this needs to go to the higher ups. Please let me know on how we can achieve this to make us all happy, especially the city being that they put this issue as part of the conditions for approval.
