Good morning Josh, The reason we requested your help in checking out the locations was because there were discrepancies between Cocoa and Waste Pro monthly reports. After much communication and assistance from all parties, the list of discrepancies below were resolved: Please provide a date of change for O Wave at 8801 Astronaut Blvd #101. They have had a container at this site since the beginning of the contract of 10/1/2009 There is no active water account located at 8101 Astronaut Blvd. I am not showing a water account for 175 Imperial Blvd. I do see Craig Technical Consulting has two water accounts at 7177 N Atlantic Ave GB is inactive per Waste Pro dated 12/2016 and 7191 N Atlantic Ave. with a note GB is billed at Location79752. They have a frontload at 8150 Astrounaut Blvd 4yd 2xweek since 2/1/13 , frontload at 7177 N Atlatnci Ave 2yd 2 x week since 4/11/17, frontload at 175 Imperial Blvd 4yd 2 x week since 4/11/17 7900 N Atlantic Ave is in the name of James Kappernaros as of 11/03/17 listed as a carwash. Being billed commercial cans. There is another business on site beside James Kappernaros called New Yark Super Subs effective date 1/10/2018 190 Center St does not have garbage billed. There was a garbage account in Joseph Delucia name that terminated 08/10/17 which was billed a 4 x 3. I don’t show a record of this being canceled I talked to the driver and we are still servicing at this address. 8801 Astronaut Blvd has 3 units, 8801 Astronaut Blvd #101, #103, and #104.
