Interlocking heat sensor will be on the new hood. 2. The new hood will not tie to the existing hood or existing ducts. 3. Exhaust duct does not manifold to any existing ducts. 4. This new hood will have its own exhaust and supply fans. No shared components. Suppression system: 1. Under the new hood will be the 2 fryers. 2. current hood has (2) 6 burner ranges, (1) 4 burner range and the (2) fryers under it. With the addition of this new hood the fryers will be relocated under it and an additional 6 burner range added to existing hood. 3. plans do say 3 bottles and 11 flows which is a typo, its 3 tanks with 11 flows per tank. Totaling 33 flow points with 21 being used. 4. Two of the 3 tanks are manifolded for the existing hood and the 3rd tank is stand alone for the new hood. 5. pipe lengths will be known after install.
