Good morning,
The City acknowledges your request for “copies of all Code Enforcement
violations issued by the City of Cape Canaveral during the last six (6)
months”. Please carefully read the following:
1. City Staff will analyze/locate the records requested.
2. Costs associated with production of the records (examples being
paper copies are .15 each or clerical time over 15 minutes to produce)
will be forwarded in the form of a Fee Estimate/Deposit Required to you
before fulfillment of the request.
3. The City can provide the documents electronically if you so
choose.
4. Staff will work to fulfill your request in a timely manner.

me.
