During our meeting, an issue came up regarding the Vacation Rental Apartments. As part of the Port of Call project, we assumed that your client will have some kind of a central vacation rental management company managing the apartment units and tourist/guest needs for short and long term rental including taking reservations for the units. However, the draft DA is silent on that issue and we weren’t certain. At your earliest convenience, please have your client elaborate on the management plan that will be in place for the vacation rental apartments so the City can proceed with a clear understanding on this issue.
