I’m preparing a brief response to this correspondence and the May 14th
email for the city manager. Please advise what you think she means, on
page two, that “the project received DRC approval on April 11, 2018.” I
find that hard to believe since she was not advised until August 10,
2018 that her client’s project is eligible to be categorized as a “Port
of Call Facility” and that a POC is subject to negotiating a binding
development agreement. What happened on April 11, 2018?
