Again, I would encourage your client to reconsider his position and reengage in the negotiations with City staff to complete an acceptable draft agreement that can be appropriately presented to the City Council. City staff is prepared to schedule a meeting with you and your client to discuss the revised draft agreement that we provided to you a few months ago and finalize an acceptable draft.
