Yes, I know you and Mr. Greene do not believe the “form” is
appropriate, but the City Council must have the opportunity to review it
and makes its comments. It is a negotiation with the City Council, not
City Staff. Please advise when this will be calendared before the City
Council for hearing.

Hi Kim,
This email follows your comments at Tuesday’s Council meeting under
open forum and my attached May 15, 2019 letter to you. Again, I would
encourage your client to reconsider his position and reengage in the
negotiations with City staff to complete an acceptable draft agreement
that can be appropriately presented to the City Council. City staff is
prepared to schedule a meeting with you and your client to discuss the
revised draft agreement that we provided to you a few months ago and
finalize an acceptable draft.
