Thanks for the well thought out reply, Brenda.
Brenda you wrote, " we are still working through the non-conforming
properties project. "
But when I spoke publically at a P&Z meeting with these non-conforming
property issues, I said that Mixed Use zoning might be a good solution
and I believe that David concurred. So I just
wonder why it is not in the scope of solutions.
But okay it's not and I get that, I think. My contention for use of MU
zoning is for R1 single-family residences like our property NOT R3 like
with the Wave Village project. We can have MU R1
without MU R3 as far as I'm concerned.
We're talking of selling and if we do, we'd like this MU zoning so we
can leave our neighborhood without settling for rock bottom we'd get
with the Baugher cartel. We'd like to see our land used for something
really nice for our city. If and when we leave. Help us do that,
please.
Can you send me a draft of MU ordinance I can look at?
I had the city talking about MU years ago with the previous manager and
it was well-received by most on the city council. Just ask Rocky, Mayor
Bob, or Buzz. It should even be in the minutes. But the main take-away
this is not just some spur of the moment idea with me. Would you agree
if done properly it could promote sustainability and can create value to
the community?

Ray, we are still working through the non-conforming properties

something else. Again, please be patient as we work through these
processes.

Good morning David, I've been watching the updates and webpage
but do not see any mention of Mixed use yet from my keyword searches.
It's been three months now since we communicated about this, any new
changes?
You previously wrote, "Brenda has prepared a draft ordinance
already, so once we start, it should go relatively quickly. "
Are you still waiting for the
"non-conforming commercial property item" to be completed? Is
this the page where I will see mention of mixed-use development?
