HomeMy WebLinkAbout8801 AstronautDave & Mike,
Here is the email, it is straight to the point.
“On 10/11/2018 a Notice of Violation was sent regarding the pole sign
at 8801 Astronaut Blvd. The Notice of Violation outlined the City Code
requirement to convert all existing pole signs into pylon signs. On
10/29/2018 Ms. Rezanka requested, via email, to defer the code
enforcement action while the city considers an extension request. On
11/15/2018 an extension was granted contingent on the development
agreement negotiations between the City and the Property Owner. On
1/15/2019 staff granted another extension under the conditions that the
Development Agreement negations continue, as of this date the
negotiations have stopped and the extension is no longer valid. Please
have a sign company apply for a permit within ten (10) days of receipt
of this email and correct the violation in accordance with Section
94-121 (d) Nonconforming sign. ”
