the Board.
• Disorderly conduct includes provoking or engaging in an argument, use of
words that may threaten or outrage, not speaking on the subject matter being
addressed or using obscene, profane or vulgar language.
• All members of the Public, Staff and Board shall accord the utmost courtesy
to each other and shall refrain at all times from rude and derogatory remarks,
reflections as to integrity, abusive comments, and statements as to motives
and personalities.
