HomeMy WebLinkAboutRe Recorded Lien Satisfaction 305 Surf Drive (121)My question assumed nothing. I was asking for proof the ordinance was
followed. Your answer is the council was within their authority to
approve the agreement and the ordinance did not apply. Thank you

Pat – your question assumes that Sec. 2-260 applied to the
Agreement approved by the City Council. It did not. The Council was well
within its legal authority to approve the Agreement.
Staff considers this matter closed. Thank you.
