As Mr. Robinson indicated to you earlier today, you were emailed a copy of the compliance letter on November 20, 2018, which is considered a record of your receiving the letter. In response to your other question, compliance letters are sent regular, first class mail. Please note that code enforcement compliance letters are not required by City or State law and are provided as a courtesy to assist property owners with their particular situation. Thanks. As I said a while back I did not get the mailed copy. In a recent city meeting mr Dickey made reference to the log. Not specifically code enforcement log but a mailing log.
