Understood. However, records from that time frame are more than
likely stored offsite. Also please keep in mind that this case was prior
to the City fully implementing the Laserfiche program which is now used
to store/track the type of information you are requesting.
I’m not putting you off, I am only explaining that the
information is not at our fingertips. Thanks. Dave

Ok then I would like to review the log for the mailing
associated with the Ambassador Services conveyor belt mid nov 2005. That
is one of the times the system did not work that affected me.

Hi Pat. The log I referenced at the recent
Planning & Zoning Board meeting is associated with zoning, not code
enforcement actions. As Mr. Robinson indicated to you earlier today, you
were emailed a copy of the compliance letter on November 20, 2018, which
is considered a record of your receiving the letter. In response to your
other question, compliance letters are sent regular, first class mail.
Please note that code enforcement compliance
letters are not required by City or State law and are provided as a
courtesy to assist property owners with their particular situation.
Thanks. Dave

I guess you are responding to my request
to view the correspondence log entry for the mailing to me. As I said a
while back I did not get the mailed copy. In a recent city meeting mr
Dickey made reference to the log. Not specifically code enforcement log
but a mailing log. I would like to see a log entry for the copy you
mailed to me.

Mr. Campbell,
You were mailed a copy of the compliance
letter on November 20, 2019 as well as emailed a copy of said letter on
the same date. The City considers the email a record of your receiving
the compliance letter.
We consider this matter closed.
