Subject: Fwd: Response
I drove by the Caroline property this morning. There is literally no
room left to park in the grass on the right of way. It is full up with
cars and trucks. Far worse than the Southern Charm situation that the
city persecuted Jeff Sirmans for.

Hi Mia. Could you please respond to Pat’s request for
where to locate old City codes. I believe they are on the Laserfiche
program, but you can confirm with him. Thanks.

Good morning City Watch. I will make sure you get a
thorough response tomorrow (Monday). The City has already contacted the
adjacent property owner regarding this matter. Have a good rest of your
weekend! Dave

Where can we locate the pre-1981 ordinances or

For 204 Caroline no parking signs are not the
issue. People are parking on the grass, in the right away every day and
night. Is the city going to put no parking signs on all ROWs? This
answer is a tactic to delay any real action by the city. Why not a
notice to the owner? Why not an NOV? Why not "work with the owner." This
is a code violation and should be handled as such.
