HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE 305 Surf Drive (101)Hi Pat. We have previously covered the topic of the real estate closing for 305 Surf. Regarding the demolition permit, see attached. Note that per the Agreement approved by Council, the demolition permit was required to be issued within 14 days of closing, which in this case would have been April 18th. You will find that the demolition permit was issued on April 16th. Staff considers this matter closed.
