To my knowledge, notice letters related to zoning actions are/have been sent out to properties within 500 feet of the parcel being considered. From a quick measurement, your property (assuming you are referring to your property on Surf Drive) is over 3,000 feet from the Ambassador property. Due to this, you may not have been included in a mailing. Please let me know if I do not understand your question or am not considering all the pertinent facts. Thanks. As I said a while back I did not get the mailed copy. In a recent city meeting mr Dickey made reference to the log. Not specifically code enforcement log but a mailing log.
