Subject: Surf Drive FW: Drainage
Good afternoon. The long standing property problem at 305 Surf is
finally being resolved. There is a demolition crew taking the house
down. I talked with the new owner and contractor Jim Crisafulli today.
He asked why the drainage was so bad on Surf. Today during the rain, the
water was a couple of feet high in the street. That is the same issue I
brought forth in October of 2017. Something has changed and it is worse
now than in 2017. Can you explain why the drainage is so bad now
compared to the last 30 years I have lived here? What has changed? I
would also like to talk about the plug that was placed in the drain pipe
running west in front of my property. My phone number is:
985-718-9659 or my work number is 321-861-8158.

Patrick:
Thanks – I’ll have the crew check all of the drainage inlets in the
area.

Jeff, there is something very wrong with the drainage on Surf Drive. It
has changed from last year. I am up at 130 am, it is raining, not hard
and not long. The street in front of my house, 307 Surf Drive is flooded
with water up to the sidewalk 1.5 foot deep at least. This has never
been the case in the 30 years I have lived in this house. I will call
you tomorrow.
