It was property I owned at the condos adjacent to Randy Mays bulk

Hi Pat. One more thought on this.
To my knowledge, notice letters related to zoning actions
are/have been sent out to properties within 500 feet of the parcel being
considered. From a quick measurement, your property (assuming you are
referring to your property on Surf Drive) is over 3,000 feet from the
Ambassador property. Due to this, you may not have been included in a
mailing.
Please let me know if I do not understand your question or am
not considering all the pertinent facts. Thanks. Dave

Ok then I would like to review the log for the mailing
associated with the Ambassador Services conveyor belt mid nov 2005. That
is one of the times the system did not work that affected me.

Hi Pat. The log I referenced at the recent Planning &
Zoning Board meeting is associated with zoning, not code enforcement
actions. As Mr. Robinson indicated to you earlier today, you were
emailed a copy of the compliance letter on November 20, 2018, which is
considered a record of your receiving the letter. In response to your
other question, compliance letters are sent regular, first class mail.
Please note that code enforcement compliance letters are
not required by City or State law and are provided as a courtesy to
assist property owners with their particular situation. Thanks. Dave

I guess you are responding to my request to view
the correspondence log entry for the mailing to me. As I said a while
back I did not get the mailed copy. In a recent city meeting mr Dickey
made reference to the log. Not specifically code enforcement log but a
mailing log. I would like to see a log entry for the copy you mailed to
me.
