Great observations. The Springbrook program our code enforcement team currently uses to administer its cases was originally purchased as a financial management program by the City years ago. We have been able to cobble together some of its functions into what we have today. For this reason, we are in the process of transitioning to a new software bundle that will allow our team to meet the needs of all our customers. We are anticipating a go-live timeframe this September. I think you will be pleased with the information that be at your fingertips. I would enjoy meeting with you to discuss this new tool and perhaps we can dig a little deeper into the items you raise in your email to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
