Vehicles parking on grass (conducted site visit and will send notice to
association president. He has been spoken to about this previously)

Parking in ROW (We discussed this at the meeting)

being enacted, this building is legally non-conforming)
Building Appearance and Maintenance (the overgrowth on the building is
being taken care of however there is some rust, the code does not
specifically state no rust. It states: (2) Materials shall have good
architectural character and shall be selected for suitability to the
type of buildings and the design in which they are used. Materials shall
be of durable quality and appropriate to the climatic conditions of
Florida.) and ((4) Buildings and appurtenances, including signs, should
be cleaned, painted, repaired and free of mildew as required to present
a neat appearance. Deteriorated, worn or damaged portions should be
rebuilt or replaced. All surfaces shall be maintained free of broken
glass, loose shingles, crumbling stone or brick, excessive peeling paint
or other conditions reflective of deterioration or inadequate
maintenance to the end that the property itself may be preserved safe
from fire hazards.

I have spent 4hrs today on Mr. Campbell’s complaints alone and which
half of them are non violations.

Sec. 34-98. - Building appearance and maintenance. Building is in need
of repairs, siding is rusted among other things.
