First, the report seems to be a canned product from Springbook. It produces a PDF file that makes it difficult to extract the field entries for tracking and monitoring. I have asked for a current file in the format that has been provided before and I am again asking for the latest information in the format of the attached file. Second, the report does not list all code violations that I am aware of and I suspect there are many code violations reported to the city that are not in this file. Third, there are 46 items in the currently posted file. 50 items do not show anything in the Source field and 40 do not show the ordinance in the Ordinance field or do not show enough detail to research the cited ordinance. And last for now, there are references to letters sent that cannot be found in the Public Record. Please respond. Thank you. Florida has a very broad public records law.
